Tracey McDermott is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a certified holistic health coach. A health coach can support and guide you in reaching your health goals whether you would like to feel more energetic, curb your cravings, improve your sleep, your mood or your concentration, manage weight, or if you simply just wish to make healthier informed choices for yourself and family.
The holistic approach considers all areas of your life which impact your eating habits and general well being. Your thorough medical history and diet intake is discussed at the initial consultation where your goals are defined and a personal program is structured based on your desires.
